London Area's own fleet of offshore power and sailing vessels is operated by TS Rebel (The Rebel Trust), under the command of LT CDR (SCC) N Moulton RNR.

Cadet Day Skipper Theory Course
6 day RYA Day Skipper Theory / 1st Class Chartwork course for cadets (residential)
11th – 17th February 2008
Location: Walton on the Naze
Cadets applying for this course should be in possession of Seamanship Chartwork 2nd Class or Offshore Seaman qualification.
Cost: £105
Course fee includes RYA packs, loan of navigation equipment, half day on power boat for GPS training, all meals, and transport for visits to Harwich Harbour Operations and the MCA Coast Rescue Centre.
RYA VHF short-range certificate course
A one day course for cadets (boys and girls) over the age of fifteen, and staff.
Location: Walton on the Naze
Cost: Cadets: £39, Adults: £59
In the event of the course being over subscribed preference will be given to those with existing offshore qualifications.
